PHI Passive House Certified Swegon GOLD RX ERV’s were provided to recover 85% of the energy load In the buildings exhaust. Mechanical cooling, heating and reheat were provided by an Integral VRF heat recovery design. The passive house construction and high performance DOAS/ERV system offer an electrification solution at a fraction of the required cooling/heating demands.
